Order:

Who do we sell to:
We sell to private customers and collaborate with associations, clubs and companies that arrange events. Orders from children under the age of 18 can only be placed by parents or others who can legally act on behalf of the child or young person.
Payment:
The account information you enter when purchasing is done at PayPal. When purchasing with a credit card, the amount is deducted from your account when placing the order. Video clips upload: The transfer is done directly, via. Vimeo or via. Mailbigfile. Vimeo and Mailbigfile can handle downloads of large video files with download link. Right of complaint, errors and defects: If the purchased item cannot be played in the designated player, please contact Live-tv.dk, we will then send a new download link. PLEASE NOTE we do not return the amount paid.
Right of withdrawal:
There is no right of withdrawal when purchasing video clips and PPV.
Choice of law:
This agreement is subject to Danish law.

You always have the opportunity to find out what information we hold about you. Simply send us an email with your name and address. You will receive an email within 10 days about what information we store about you. If you want us to delete this information, it must be clearly stated in your email.
